Adoption and animal availability

Animals shown on this site may already be in the adoption process or may no longer be available. Listing an animal is not a promise of availability, and submitting interest does not create an adoption agreement. All placements are at the discretion of our team, based on the needs of the animal.

External websites and forms

Some actions — including donations and applications — take place on third-party websites such as Donorbox, Jotform and Chewy. We do not control those sites, and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.

Donations

Lost & Found Animal Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 92-3879548. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Gifts are used to support our mission and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are not restricted to a specific animal. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a gift was made in error, please contact us.

Intellectual property

Text, photography, logos and other content on this site belong to Lost & Found Animal Foundation or the respective rights holders. Please contact us before reproducing content beyond personal, non-commercial sharing. Media outlets are welcome to reach out for approved assets.

User submissions

When you send us a message, application or inquiry, please provide accurate information and only submit content you have the right to share. By sending photos or stories, you allow us to use them in connection with the request you submitted unless you tell us otherwise.
